JCR baffle ceiling roll forming machine is for U baffle production with high speed, up to 60m/min, it is composed of decoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic cut-off, run out table and electrical control panel, etc. It can produce any size of U baffle within the designed range. The U baffle profile width and height adjustable by motorized, the operator just need to input the size of U baffle, then the machine will produce it automatically.

5. Structure of U baffle roll forming machine

3.1) Machine frame: it is welding by steel with thickness 8mm, bottom plate thickness of working table: 16mm, fine finish processing.

3.2) Casting steel arch structure thickness: 44mm, CNC processing, spray in the interface.

3.3) Material of roll forming roller: GCR 15steel, roller drive diameter: 98mm, heat treatment: HRC 53, then finish machining. Hard chroming in the interface.

3.4) Transmission structure: transmission by independent structure, material of main shaft: 40Cr, diameter: 48mm, through processing, heat treatment, tempering and precision grinding,

3.5) Main bearing: G8 grade from HRB brand

3.6)NC width adjustable with 25 linear square rail to support the right and left arch structure.

3.7) Cut-off system: Hydraulic cut-off, and the bottom can slide by SBR precision slider and supporting guiding rail.

3.8)Electric control system

Width and height adjustable by NC control.
