JCR Complete Set Steel Drum/ Steel barrel Production Machines
The steel drum/ steel barrel production machines are mainly used for making steel drum/ steel barrel step by step, non-automatically, it is easy operation and suitable for small companies, who don’t need to invest big money. The complete production process is including the following machines: 3-roller bending machine, spot welding machine, seam welding machine, flanging machine, Corrugating machine for “w” breading, covering punching machine(160ton power press) and mould, glue-injection machine, seaming machine, leakage testing machine. Etc.
1. Steel oil drum/ steel barrel production Process:
1)Steel Drum/ steel barrel body making
Rolling round → Spot Welding → Seam Welding → Flanging → “W” Beading → Top/ bottom cover seaming → Leakage Checking → Finished drum/ barrel
2)Steel Drum/ steel barrel cover making
Top/ bottom cover punching →Cover edge flanging and glue inject→ Cover Oil hole/ air hole punching
2.Steel oil drum/ steel barrel production machine introduction:
1) Circle bending 3-Roller bending machine 1set,
Manual feeding metal sheet, the roller driven by 3kw motor, to bend the sheet into a circle for drum body. Bending thickness: 0.5-1.0, width: 1000. Working Circle diameter: 300-900mm.
Machine dimension size: 1.3mx0.6mx1.1m
2) Connection of rounded parts of the drum Spot welding machine 1set ,
Manual feeding the round part (after 3-roller bending machine).

3) Seam welding the body of the drum Seam welding machine 1set
Manual feeding the circle drum body (after spot welding)

4) Making flange in two ends of the drum body. Double-head flanging machine 1set .

5) “W” beading on the drums body in two ends Corrugating machine 1set
Manual feeding, the machine makes the corrugate on the drums body from the two ends of drums body at the same time. Two rolls extend to the drum body inner and out at the same time to form the corrugate, the roller is driven by the motor.
Working diameter: 400-700mm
Hydraulic pump motor: 4kw
Corrugating motor: 4kw (2sets)
Machine dimension size: 3.2mx0.8mx1.2m
6) Drum cover making (Note: offer 1 set mould only, It need 160ton power press)
To punch the top and bottom cover, manual feeding the metal sheet.
7) Making two holes on the cover and fix two nozzles in the two holes (Note: offer 1 set combine mould only, It need 100ton power press)

8) Glue- injection Glue injection machine 1set,
Manual feeding the cover, to inject the glue inside the bottom cover, increase the precision, in case of leakage.
9) Seam the two covers on the drum body Seaming machine 1set
To put the drum cover and bottom on the loading stand by manual, with drum body auto load press and seam the drums. Double motors and two main shafts running, this is new type construction in this field, drive the seam machine.

10) Leakage testing for the drums Leakage testing machine 1set
Horizontal type test, air press 0.03Mpa. Manual spray the soap water, manual test the leakage.
