JCR Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearer
The hydraulic swing beam shearer is mainly used for cutting the metal sheet into small pieces per the production request, it is widely used in the metal sheet woorking.
Hydraulic cutting machine feature:
1) Whole steel welded frame with full strength and rigidity.
2) Hydraulic upper transport.
3) Hydraulic press device with reliable safety bar.
4) Rapid cutting stroke adjustment is adopted, cutting frame can be adjusted ensuring production efficiency increase when cutting short sheet.
5) Back-gauge station adopts motor-driven measure with fine manual adjustment.
6) Cutting counter device.
7) Light line device so it is easy to draw line for cutting.
