The bracing channel roll forming machine is mainly used for bracing channel support bar manufacturing by roll forming automatically, the bracing production line is composed of decoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic cut-off, run out table and electrical control pane, etc.

4. Maintenance
In-put yellow oil into the gear and chain in regular time.
In-put machinery oil in the mould guiding pole and other lubrication position.
After finish producing each steel coil, it need running the main machine with no-loading, and clean the roll forming rollers.
If long-time no using the machine, it need to use diesel to clean the roll forming roller, and covering rust-proof oil on the roller always. To proof the roller rusted.
Especially when don’t use the machine long time.
