JCR metal ceiling tile perforation & forming production line is mainly used for ceiling panel 600x600 production, it is a semi-auto line, the perforation step is full automatically, the forming step is by manual feeding. The complete production line is composed of decoiler, leveling machine, NC feeder, gantry type power press (for perforation), conveyor belt, notching hydraulic press, forming hydraulic press, etc
