JCR Ceiling Panel 600x600 (Auto Production Line Without Perforation)
The ceiling tile 600x600 auto production line mainly used in producing decorative ceiling panel. It is composed of decoiler,, leveling , servo feeding materials, hydraulic press (for notching& forming, cut-off) , transmission products production steps. The production line is full automatically. In high precision, fast speed and need few people to operate.
The ceiling panel 600x600 production line adopt to servo motor plus programmable PLC (Mitsubishi, Japan) processor. The servo feeder is produced by (Mitsubishi, Japan), electronic components (Schneider, Germany), to make the machinery controlled sensitive-operation, feeding precision within ±0.2mm, in stead of hand-manual to control the precision.

3) Numerical roller feeder device.

Use double- cylinder for production, main cylinder for forming, working pressure:60 ton
Secondly cylinder for angle-cutting working pressure: 40 ton

5) Transmission strap
Then the product finish the above processing step, it need to get out from the mould with machinery sucker, then transmit the product to the stacker by the transmission strap.
